1 Sampling

1. The urine volume is sufficient, and the liquid level sensor only senses the liquid in the collector tank, not in other directions.

2. Structurally, it supports the front and back shaking angle of the collector to be greater than 90 °.

3. The collector's diversion groove is lengthened, widened, and deepened.

4. When the peristaltic pump is operating, the collector stays at more than 45 ° to discharge excess urine. Holes can be added, and insufficient urine output will be indicated.

5. The suction tube of the peristaltic pump prevents clogging of urine sediment (with an increased inner diameter). Attention: Increasing the inner diameter of the straw will require an increase in the entire pipeline, including the urine filling port.

6. The urine drawn by the peristaltic pump is stored in a temporary storage tank.

7.Urine can also be detected and judged in the temporary storage pool.

2 Pre inspection

1. Urine color can be identified in the temporary storage pool (confirmed with Chengdu regarding color sensors, etc.).

2. Pre inspection requires lighting and a solid color background (preferably pure white).

3. Use electromagnetic valves/peristaltic pumps at the outlet of the temporary storage tank. Temporary storage pool with upper flat and lower circles

4. If the detection card compartment is not opened within 30 seconds, the system will automatically perform cleaning.

3 Dry chemical testing

1. Only with sufficient urine volume can users open the detection card compartment.

2. After hearing the voice, place the detection card and perform recognition (the detection card can be placed in a desiccant and dark place for one and a half to two years).

3. The user places the detection card and closes the detection card compartment, automatically identifying whether the detection card has been placed and identifying the type of detection card. When blind insertion, use a drawer to push or pop it out, protruding to the lower seat ring (size and position to be determined).

4. After closing the detection card compartment, inject urine into the detection card. Or directly discharge urine into the cleaning catheter.

5. The urine test card is designed in a row and covered with film. The urine injection port and the detection area are separated in terms of appearance and structure to avoid liquid entering the detection area (sensor area) during cleaning or adding urine. Adding a sponge to the front end of the detection card will be considered in the later stage.

6. Verify the color of the color block before obtaining it. (Discussion with Chengdu: Whether to add an additional color sensor to identify the white base plate has been communicated with Chengdu), and add a pre inspection board for the color sensor.

4. Insertion method of urine test card (reference)

4.1 Urinary test insertion method 1

1. Drawer type, as described in 3 dry chemical tests.

4.2 Urinary test insertion method 2

1. Non drawer style. There is a movable cover plate under the dry chemical color sensor, which is mainly used to protect the color sensor from external pollution during non detection time. The cover plate can slide back and forth. When inserting the detection card, the cover plate slides back, and the detection card is directly below the color sensor. Pull out the detection card, and the cover plate slides forward and back below the color sensor.

5 Cleaning

1. The collector hovers at non zero and non 90C during cleaning.

2. The inlet pipeline of clean water requires a pressure reducing valve.

3. Areas that need to be cleaned: areas where the collection rod may be contaminated with urine, peristaltic pump pipelines, temporary storage tanks, and guide grooves at the bottom of the seat ring.

4. The cleaning method of the collection rod (for reference only): shower type, multi hole flushing type at both ends of the collection rod rotation shaft.

5. The detection card is not in the detection card compartment during cleaning.

During the process from the initiation of urine testing to the completion of urine cleaning, the seat ring cannot be raised/flipped up.
