It has the characteristics of good beam quality, optical fiber output and high electro-optic conversion efficiency. It is mainly used for welding thin wall materials and fast welding. The welding process belongs to the heat conduction type, that is, laser radiation heating the workpiece surface. It has been successfully applied to the welding of micro and small parts.

1. The weld seam is thin, the heat affected zone is narrow, the deformation is zero, and the welding speed is fast.
2. The welding surface is smooth and clean, and simple process treatment can be carried out after welding, or no treatment is required.
