After confirming the initial version of the prototype, the team from Lj product solutions co,. limited, reconsidered the mechanical functionality and human factors, and designed new structural components – adding a connector to better cater to user experience. The top of the structural components was designed with a screen limit, and the surface was grooved for easy adhesive insertion during assembly, The new connector uses black ABS plastic as the material, which is more convenient for later processing. The buttons are changed to stainless steel patches to ensure consistency in appearance. The outer edge of the upper cover has been removed from the design of the process edge and replaced with rounded corners to wrap the lower shell, enhancing practicality. Currently, there are no issues with functional verification. The next step is to conduct PCB board and screen installation testing, preparing to coordinate the functions of software and hardware.
